🏒 Athlete Testimonial: Kate Maynard

“I really enjoy Morgan’s on-ice and off-ice training. This is my 3rd summer participating in Morgan’s off-ice training. After my injury, I was nervous about getting back into training, but Morgan really helped me feel comfortable and confident again. He made sure the exercises were right for me and helped me slowly get stronger without feeling rushed. He was always encouraging and made training fun. I feel stronger and much more confident going back into this hockey season! Thank you, Morgan and Chuck!”

Three summers. One goal: getting better.

We’re proud to help athletes like Kate rebuild confidence, develop strength, and prepare for their next season.

🏋️‍♀️ ATHLETE TESTIMONIAL – KATE WAUGH 💪

We're proud to share some words from Kate Waugh, who is entering her third summer training with Morgan as part of the all-female training group.

“This is my 3rd summer training with Morgan in the all female group. It’s awesome to have an all girls group with girls of all ages training and wanting to get better. Morgan does a great job getting me ready for the upcoming season and helps me reach my goals every summer.”

We love seeing athletes of all ages come together, support one another, and push each other to improve. 👊

🔥 Humidity? No Problem for BRAVE! 💪

The weather may have been hot and humid today, but that didn't stop our BRAVE athletes from getting in a great workout!

They showed up, put in the effort, and stayed focused on getting better. The conditions might make the workout a little tougher, but hard work doesn't take a day off.
