​Quick Recipe:

​Pour 0% skim milk (or your favorite plant milk) into a glass or bowl (clear glass like mine is better so you can appreciate the look 😍)

​Top with Farm Girl Cinnamon Crisps cereal (keto-friendly & high protein—snagged this at Costco!).

​Drizzle with peanut butter (or almond / mixed nut butter).

​Add a handful of chopped walnuts for that extra crunch & healthy fats. (sometimes I add raisins, chia seeds for added protein too, so choice is yours)

​Finish with fresh berries (blueberries and raspberries are my favorite combination!).
