Last week, John Nicholls, President & CEO of Delta Intelligent Building Technologies, joined business and community leaders at Invest Vancouver’s Surrey Rising: A Gateway for Trade, Logistics, and Growth panel at BC Business House.
As part of Invest Vancouer’s Metro Vancouver Growth Corridor programming, the conversation explored how Surrey’s rapid growth, trade-enabling infrastructure, and diversity of talent are creating new opportunities for investment and economic development across the region.
Held during the FIFA World Cup 2026 tournament window, the event brought together business leaders, investors, and decision-makers to discuss the future of one of Canada’s fastest-growing regions.
