During the next 12 years, the Cloverdale Reporter, like the historic Clover Valley, grew in size and popularity. Black Press Group Inc. purchased the Cloverdale Reporter in March 2008, retaining both the Reporter's dedicated community focus, and Ursula Maxwell-Lewis as managing editor. She retired in 2009. Today, the Cloverdale Reporter is published weekly, on Wednesdays, and has a circulation of 20,500, serving the residents of Cloverdale, Clayton and area.
