UTE published a press release today on the long delays affecting complex T1 adjustment requests at the CRA.

Some files can take up to 47 weeks to process, more than double the CRA’s 20-week service standard.

Taxpayers deserve timely service. Employees need the staffing, training and resources to deliver it.
