Thank you to all of the families that stopped in this summer for our programming activities! Ranger was especially happy to see so many friendly faces come to celebrate his birthday with him. We had so much fun seeing all of your creativity and curiosity!
An extra special thank you to Véronik from Grasslands National Park, who brought all kinds of cool bison-related items and plenty of fascinating bison and Grasslands facts to Ranger's party! As well as Speedy Creek Model Railroad Club, for lending us an amazing, detailed model train for our Railway Week!
Have a great school year and we will see you next summer for more crafts, games, and fun!!

If you've been debating participating in the Museum's Honour Our Veterans Banner Program - this is your reminder that the final day to submit an application is Monday, August 31st.
Application forms are available in person at the Swift Current Museum or online. Please bring a short biography about the veteran you are sponsoring, a portrait photograph of the veteran in uniform for us to scan, and a method of payment.
Banners are hung for 3 consecutive years over Remembrance Day, with the option to renew for another year or take the banner home with you after those 3 years are completed.
Thank you to everyone who has submitted a banner this year and every year prior. We are so grateful to be able to host this program, and look forward to many more years of honouring our veterans.
