PSA for any hopeful applicants for ValhallaFest 2027. We have not yet opened applications for anything! If you receive any emails unprompted from [email protected] address or other similar email addresses. Do not follow the link and fill the google form, they are trying to steal your information and possibly your money.

As a vendor myself I have received numerous similar emails claiming to be other festivals across the province. Be careful everyone.

⚔️ Join us for a ValhallaFest Decompression Gathering at the Valhalla Grounds🔥

Saturday, September 19th, starting at 2 PM @ HQ/Marketplace

This gathering is for our 2026 volunteers and anyone interested in joining the crew next year. Come reconnect, swap festival stories and if you're new find out what volunteering is all about.

🔥 There will be fire (in the form of a bonfire and possibly Ignus)
🌭 Smokies and ramen
🎶 Open decks
📝 2026 Complaint forms available on demand (very limited amount fcfs)
⛺ The weather might be cold and wet but camping is permitted in Jotunn’s Shadow, Freyja’s Garden or Odin’s Clearing
