For generations, indigenous peoples have been celebrating their culture during this time as it falls on summer solstice which is the longest day of the year. June 21st will always be a day for celebrating and honoring our indigenous population; First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples of Canada. ✊

Today is Bell Let's Talk day. We asked our staff and interns to share their thoughts. Their thoughts range from what the day means to them, to statements on mental health.
Left to right starting at the top:
- Talking about mental health issues matters.
- Stop the judgment on peoples mental health issues.
- Sometimes we are looking to be heard, not a solution.
- Empathy.
