These two handsome brothers are deemed "Purebred Northern Dogs"!!! They just came in from an Animal Control program in a nearby community, found as strays. Estimated to be 6 months old.

Thanks to Dr. Peters services in Thompson this month, these boys will go to their new homes neutered!

Due to a positive case of Panleukopenia in a cat that recently entered our shelter, the shelter will be closed until September 21 for intake.

A reminder to ensure your pets are up to date on vaccinations.

Six kittens, approximately 2 weeks old were abandoned, left in a box in the bushes. Thank you to the individual who contacted the THS Animal Shelter when she came across the kittens. The mother cat was not left with the kittens, who usually stays with their mother for 8-12 weeks. Thank you to one of our volunteers and our Shelter Worker, Lena, for taking care of the kittens by bottle feeding them during the night until they can be flown down to Grateful Friends Rescue on Wednesday.
