Full-Time · Base rate: $30/hour
Mueller Built is growing, and we're looking for an organized, dependable person to run our office and keep the business on track behind the scenes.
What you'll do:
• Office admin: phones, emails, scheduling, filing
• Bookkeeping: AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliations
• Payroll & HR admin: pay stubs, onboarding, WCB & benefits records
• Project admin in JobTread: contracts, change orders, permits
• Safety records, social media and general business support
You'll fit right in if you're: detail-oriented, self-motivated, a strong communicator, and happy to wear many hats. Office/bookkeeping experience is required. Construction, payroll or JobTread experience is a bonus.

Mueller Built was excited to play a small part in the renovation of the aviation facility at the **Three Hills Airport**.

Our team had the opportunity to complete the installation of the airport door for the existing PATC facility, including the header and damaged section.

The airport door was generously donated by Diamond Doors, and we want to recognize and thank them for their generous contribution to this community project.

While we didn’t build the entire project, we’re proud to have contributed our part and to see another exciting addition taking shape right here in our community.

It’s always great to be involved in local projects and to work alongside others who help make these projects possible!
