Three Hills Library

Our staff have been working hard behind the scenes while we’ve been closed, checking so many things off our to-do list! 💪🧹🗄️🗂️

While the system update has certainly been inconvenient, the closure has also given us a great opportunity to tackle a lot of projects and tasks that have been waiting for some time.

We can’t wait for you to see some of the little changes and updates we’ve been working on when we reopen Tuesday, October 6! 📚✨

We’re excited to welcome everyone back!

🌙 Moms’ Night Out Registration is Open! 🌙

Please note: If you register for these events during our closure, payment can be made in-person at library (cash, credit or debit) when we re-open on October 6th.

💗♥️

Thank You to Our Patient Patrons! 🙏🥰

We understand that the TRAC shutdown is inconvenient, and we truly appreciate your patience, kindness, and understanding while we work through the update.

**A quick reminder for anyone checking out books today:**

Because we are unable to log in to TRAC while the system is offline, we cannot look up your barcode.

**You MUST have your library card or a photo of your barcode available.** 📚

Thank you for your patience and for helping us make this transition as smooth as possible! 💚

✨ Reminder: We close today at 5:00 PM and will be closed September 26–October 5.

See you tomorrow!!!🍿🎬

📚 **Hold Pickup Reminder!**

If you have received a notification that your holds are ready for pickup, please make sure to pick them up **before 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 25**.

The library will be **closed September 26–October 5** for the TRAC system update, so please plan accordingly!

Thank you for your understanding! 💙

During the upcoming system outage, you can still read or listen to books you have already downloaded in the Libby App, but you cannot borrow new items, place holds, or log in with a new library card.
Be sure to load up before September 25.

We currently have only 1 kiddo signed up for this week's 'Tales before Bedtime'!🌙

We're excited to share this experience with your family, but we need more participants to make it happen. Sign up now, so we don't have to reschedule!

We're looking forward to a fun-filled evening of tales and adventure, and we can't wait to see you there! 💤

🚫 The Three Hills Municipal Library will be closed Sept. 26-Oct. 5 for TRAC system upgrades.🚫

We will be open Friday, September 25 from 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. for limited services (programs, computer use, printing).

Patrons may check out items, but they MUST have their library card with them, and a maximum of 3 items may be checked out. Please be patient with staff, as there may be some hiccups, that are out of their control. 🙏

If possible, we ask that patrons hold onto library returns until after October 4. Due dates will be extended, and late fees will be waived during the system outage. Online library services and access to TRAC will be unavailable during this time.

🚫 Online services, e-resources & TRAC access will be unavailable.
📱 Libby and CloudLibrary are expected to remain available, although they may be affected by the system upgrade.

Thank you for your patience!
