Here are 5 questions you NEED to ask before you book your wedding venue 👀
1. What happens if it rains?
For us, having a backup plan for an outdoor ceremony is a must. You make the call on the day, and we handle the logistics. We use our reception tent as the backup and quickly shuffle the tables and chairs to create a beautiful indoor ceremony space.
2. Where do guests go between the ceremony & reception?
We encourage your guests to enjoy the grounds, grab a cocktail at the bar, or challenge each other to a game of bean bag toss! It’s the perfect time for everyone to mingle and soak in the atmosphere.
3. Can we choose our own vendors?
Absolutely. We have a trusted list of recommendations to make planning easier, but we also understand how important it is to have the freedom to choose the people you know and trust.
4. Who is our point of contact throughout the day?
Some venues hand you the keys and disappear. Not us 🫶
We always have someone on-site. You’ll work closely with our venue coordinator throughout the day, while our bar manager and staff are there through the evening to keep everything running smoothly.
5. What time does the music end and the party wind down?
At 11:00pm we lower and monitor the music level. At 1:00am, DJs finish their set - but the night doesn’t have to end!
We encourage couples and their guests to take advantage of our late-night packages and keep the party going under the stars🌙
