Today I dropped my youngest off at kindergarten.
And I felt two women fighting inside me at the same time.
One of them was breaking.
After ten years and two boys, I had my third son. And I went back to square one.
Diapers, breastfeeding, sleepless nights while trying to keep my business alive with whatever hours I could steal.
For four years, he was in every coaching call.
On my lap. Cartoons playing behind him. His tiny hand reaching for my face while I was mid-sentence with a client.
Today, that lap is empty, and my heart is crying.
But there's a second woman in me who has been quietly waiting for years, the one with goals she kept postponing, saying, "just a little longer."
She's not sad.
She's ready.
Yes, I cried when I dropped him off today.
And yes, I am ready to go for my dreams!
Both emotions are HUGE and normal.

Thank you Allah.
I am here because of You.
I am blessed because of You.
I am healthy because of You.
I am safe because of You.
And You are enough for me. ♥️
7 years of being a business owner. 7 years of NaushFit.
I will be lying if I say I have it all figured out.
I will be lying if I say that it was easy.
I will be lying if I say that I did not cry a single day.
Entrepreneurship is hard.
There will be good days and then they will be messy days where you start questioning everything!
There will be days self-doubt will force you to crawl into your blanket.
These past 8 years have not only taught me a great deal about entrepreneurship but it has helped me grow into a person who can handle pressure, has tremendous grit and who shows up for her 3 sons no matter what.
From quitting my full time job to completing education in women’s health and fitness to getting pregnant the 3rd time and now navigating perimenopause.
I have seen it all in these last 8 years.
And the only thing that comes to my mind is this.
Allah is enough for me ♥️
