Toronto Wado-Ryu Karate

Great celebration today for 40 years of karate for our head instructor, Domenico Capilongo Domenico Capilongo with special guests, Timothy Suzuki Sensei Shotokan and Nasir Uddin Sensei Sh*to-Ryu. We trained hard with basics, multi-style kata exchange and fun kumite drills. Thanks to all volunteers and organizers. Special thanks to Betty sensei who is almost 100 years old for her attendance and smiles.

We did our Instructors’ Course today covering important Wado karate principles and Wado Academy grading syllabus fundamentals.
