Even with powerful AI tools so handy today, many job seekers struggle to create well-targeted resumes that project the true value they bring to a company.

Strategic career strategies are timeless; they still work because they are based on human psychology, not passing tactics or trends.

To help bridge that gap (and preserve her energy instead of repeating the same advice to different people), our founder put together a highly actionable, tactical resume guide to help introverted job seekers avoid common resume pitfalls and grab employers’ attention faster.

This specialized resume guide is extracted from her award-winning book, “Introverts: Leverage Your Strengths for an Effective Job Search.” She finally came to terms with the fact that not everyone has the time or desire to read a 400-page comprehensive guide when they (think they) need to fix only their resume right now. :-)

“The Introvert’s Resume Guide to Stand Out Authentically” focuses on the psychology of hiring, so you can create resumes that make a better impact.

It is specifically tailored for small and medium-sized businesses (which make up 99% of all employers) where real human beings still read job applications to understand the professional behind the paper.

It’s already available on Amazon, in Kindle and paperback formats:

Currently is #3 in Resumes (Canadian Kindle Store).

Is Cristiano Ronaldo an introvert?
AI "thought" that he's an extrovert ... but it changed its mind when our founder (MBTI-certified coach with 20 years of experience) challenged it with different perspectives.

Read the full Human & AI debate in our latest blog article to see how AI shifted — it even added proof that Ronaldo might actually be an introvert:

I hadn’t watched much football in the past, but experiencing the vibrant FIFA 2026 atmosphere here in Toronto completely pulled me in!

As it turns out, there’s a lot we can learn about human behavior and leadership from watching a football match. Here is what I noticed while watching the Portugal vs. DR Congo game:

⚽ It’s a system, not a solo show.
The world has big expectations for Cristiano Ronaldo to perform. However, football isn’t a solo act; it’s a team performance. How well a single player performs is also influenced by the entire system around them, not just their personal history or skill level.

⚽ Losing sight of the objective.
During the second half of the match, the Portugal team didn’t seem particularly driven to score. Multiple passive passes made it look like they were simply letting the clock run out rather than pushing forward. Isn’t the ultimate purpose of the game to work together to win?

⚽ Underutilizing key assets.
While Ronaldo is considered an all-time leading goalscorer in men’s international football, the Portugal team didn’t seem interested in actively engaging him to increase their chances of winning.

⚽ The toll of internal friction.
At times, it looked as though team members were actively avoiding Ronaldo, as if they resented his presence on the field. However, once the decision is made to put a player on the pitch, shouldn’t personal grudges be set aside to focus on the collective performance toward the team’s goal?

Some might say I am biased, blinded by Ronaldo’s past achievements rather than his current fitness level. The truth is: I don’t know that.

What I know though: from a Systems Thinking perspective, a team must operate as a cohesive whole toward a shared goal if it wants to perform at its best.

Internal misalignment and fragmented effort will always take a heavy toll on a team’s capacity to deliver the results they are truly capable of.

How many teams have you seen exhibiting similar behavior, both in sports and organizations?
