Lotsy has released a new song called The Aesthetic Is the Static.

The Rain Parade strongly advises against adding this song to your playlist.
Proceed with caution.

THE AESTHETIC IS THE STATIC IS OUT NOW āØ
There is so much noise telling us who to be, what to want, what to buy, what success looks like and which box we should fit ourselves into.
And Iām not buying it.
Weāre moving faster, consuming more, performing more, chasing the next hit of instant gratificationā¦ but if weāre always trying to get to the next thing, when do we actually get to be here; and being here with you is pretty sweet. š
I think life happens in the imperfect moments. The ones that donāt photograph well. The things you do because they mean something, not because they perform well.
āNo, I donāt want a ticket on the new Titanic.ā
I donāt want to go down with the ship just because everyone else bought a ticket.
Utopia over dystopia.
Meaning over consumption.
Living over keeping up.

Is the aesthetic the distraction for something else thatās going on? Maybe itās what they want you to believe. Maybe itās what they want you to focus on so you donāt see behind the curtain š
