We are honoured to announce Darson Hemmings will be hosting a De La Riva seminar Sept 27th from 4:00-6:00 pm.

The session is open to Kids and Adults, and welcomes both Gi and No-Gi athletes. Come out and learn from a World class athlete and competitor. —Bring your teammates!

We are happy to announce that Sean Leal has joined our team as Head Coach, he brings a wealth of experience as a 1st degree Black Belt.

We understand this is a shock to the community and we appreciate your patience during this transition period.

If you're nervous about receiving your next belt, it's totally normal. Growing into the rank AFTER a promotion is very common and the imposter syndrome you feel is a sign of a humble martial artist.
