This pattern brings together hand-drawn mushrooms, alien botanicals, root systems, spores, dots, flowers, and wandering organic forms in an intricate mirrored repeat. Part botanical illustration, part imagined ecosystem, the pattern plays with the strange familiarity of nature when you look at it for just a little too long.

Named with a nod to psychedelic pioneers and enthusiasts, it’s a celebration of altered perspective, natural intelligence and the wonderfully weird things growing underfoot.

Printed on a high-waisted flare, because some patterns deserve more real estate.

‘Bird’s Eye’ (working title, TBC!) pillow, 20” x 30”, on Belgian Linen.

The design derives from the artist’s aerial images taken mid-flight, and then digitally recoloured, altered and manipulated into a repeat print.
