đ Happy Pride! (to everyone except Brad Bradford)
Did you think we wouldnât notice, Brad? While Toronto celebrates, Brad has some explaining to do.
đĄ Voted against pedestrianizing Church Street for Pride
đĄ Endorsed by politicians who opposed same-sex marriage
đĄ Stayed quiet on endorsement from Turning Point Canada, a far-right anti-2SLGBTQ+ group
Brad isnât distancing himself from this record. Heâs embracing it.
If you see Brad this Pride Week, ask him directly:
đ¤ Do you reject the Turning Point Canada endorsement?
đ¤ Do you stand by your vote against Church Street?
đ¤ And do you agree with your âgood friendâ John McKay?
Allyship is a track-record, and our city deserves better.
Letâs hold harmful conservatives like Brad accountable and keep them out of office. Link in bio to join our efforts.

Looking for a fun community that just gets it? Weâve got you đ
Our volunteers come from so many different areas and experiences - and theyâre all connected by a desire to make Toronto better.
Right now, weâre helping transit riders across Toronto push back against Fordâs TTC takeover.
We need more hands on deck! Every volunteer = dozens more people signing our petition and sending their message to Ford!
Come hang out in the sun and help transit riders take action! progresstoronto.ca/volunteer âď¸

In Doug Fordâs Ontario, local decisions are no longer based on the will of local residents.
Speed cameras.
Safe consumption sites.
Bike lanes.
The island airport.
Ontario Place.
School boards.
Police priorities.
Instead of letting Toronto chart its own course, Ford panders to conservative voters outside our city.
Doug Ford has meddled with our city for too long. Weâre organizing the push back, and it starts at the municipal level.

đŠ new message: from Bradâs constituents to you
75 concerned Beaches-East York residents have signed an open letter â and the number is growing. Their message? Brad Bradford doesnât meet the needs of his own residents as councillor, donât trust him to meet the needs of an entire city as mayor. Read full letter on our website.
We hear it everyday: ignored emails, absent in the community, flip-flopping his stances on many issues.
Brad has made it clear to his residents that heâd rather achieve his own political ambitions than support them. And they know it. When Brad ran for mayor in 2023, he came in 8th place among his own constituents.
Do you live in Beaches-East York and donât believe Brad should be mayor? Read full letter and sign onto the open letter! You can also share your story so the rest of Toronto can get to know the real Brad: https://www.progresstoronto.ca/bey-letter-to-toronto
CW: Police brutality
Cyclist: âWhat did I do wrong?â
Police: âYou didnât stopâ
Thatâs supposedly what prompted 4 officers to violently tackle a cyclist this week.
Weâre not saying cyclists donât need to follow the rules. But why is this level of force being used over a simple traffic violation?
Toronto police have shown they think theyâre above the law. We need public pressure to ensure police are held accountable for their harmful actions.
Add your name for police accountability: https://www.progresstoronto.ca/police-accountability
Thank you to for your advocacy on this issue
