Adriana is an Online Business Manager helping small businesses thrive!

Most business owners are so deep in the day to day that they can't see what's actually slowing them down. That's not a criticism, it's just really hard to read the label from inside the jar. 🏷️
That's where I come in.
I look at how your business actually operates. Your systems, your team, your tech, your processes. Then I tell you exactly what's working, what isn't, and what to fix first. 🔍
Not a vague list of suggestions. A clear picture with a real plan behind it.
Some of what I find surprises people 😮🪄⬇️
➡️Tasks that have been running on autopilot for years that nobody would miss.
➡️Tools being paid for that nobody is actually using.
➡️Gaps that feel small but are quietly costing real time and money every single week.
If you've ever had that feeling that something in your business is off but you can't quite put your finger on it, that's usually a sign it's time for a second set of eyes. 👀
DM me or visit ontarioassistant.com and let's take a look together. 🤍
In this practical, thought-provoking episode of Negotiating Happiness, host Adriana is joined by Brittney Ashley of Creative Dynamics to kick off a four-part series on artificial intelligence and the future of work. Together, they break down what AI actually is (and what it isn’t), why it suddenly feels “everywhere,” and how it’s been evolving for far longer than most people realize. With a clear, non-hype approach, Adriana and Brittney unpack common myths, explain key terms in plain language, and share real-world examples of how AI already shows up in everyday life and small business operations—helping listeners understand the basics so they can make confident decisions, avoid shiny-object distractions, and identify where AI can genuinely save time, reduce friction, and support better service. They also set the foundation for the rest of the series by introducing the bigger themes they’ll return to—organizational structure, leadership and change management, and responsible, ethical use—so you leave with both clarity and a grounded starting point for exploring AI in a way that aligns with your values and goals.
Who is Brittney?
Brittney is an enthusiastic multi-passionate entrepreneur on a mission to revolutionize the business game. With the work landscape changing at warp speed, it's high time we team up to make our dreams a reality.
Beyond the business hustle, Brittney is a proud Metis mama with a bundle of experience in diverse sectors (yep, including tech), a certified Business Coach (ACC Accredited) and an Imposter Syndrome coach.
Creative Dynamics started as a passion project, aiming to empower fellow moms to work from home. It evolved when Brittney spotted a gap in finding rock-solid team players.
Picture Creative Dynamics as your full-service boutique-style crew, spread across Canada to supercharge business owners. At Creative Dynamics, their values are simple: dedication, reliability, and an unwavering commitment to learning, all in the name of tending to business needs.

Letting someone under the hood of your business is a big deal. Especially when you've built it yourself from the ground up 🤍.
And honestly? An OBM isn't the right fit for everyone. However, the business owners I work with almost always come in skeptical and leave wondering why they waited so long.
The work isn’t magic, but having someone who actually knows what to look for changes everything🪄.
We start with an audit every single time. No commitment, no pressure. Just a clear honest look at what's working, what isn't, and what actually needs to change.
Curious is enough to start. DM me or visit ontarioassistant.com and let's figure out together if this is the right move for you.

You've been busy building. And honestly? Good for you. 👏
While you've been heads down growing your business, your website has been sitting there representing you to every single person who looks you up.
Is it still telling the story of where you started instead of where you actually are? 🧐Your messaging has shifted, with your audience.
Your website is your online storefront. It's open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and it's making a first impression without you in the room.
Ask yourself honestly:
✨ Do your services still look the way you actually offer them?
📸 Do your photos still feel like you?
💬 Does the language speak to the clients you want now, not the ones you had then?
🔗 Are your links, your offers, and your contact info all actually working?
If you had to think about any of those for more than a second, it might be time for a refresh.
This is one of the most overlooked parts of running a growing business and one of the easiest things to finally get off your plate. DM me and let's talk about what a website refresh actually looks like. 🤍

Most business owners come to me thinking they need one or the other. The truth is, at a certain stage of growth you really do need both working together 🤝
That's exactly why Ontario Assistant is built the way it is. I work with you at the OBM level, and our VA team handles the ex*****on. Your strategy and your day to day, handled by people who already know your business 💡👀.
Visit ontarioassistant.com or DM me to talk through where you are right now.

The business owners who scale aren't doing more. They're doing less, but they are doing the RIGHT things 🙌🧠
Until you can see what's on your plate, you can't make smart decisions about any of it. That’s why when I sit down with a new client this is always one of the first places we start.
💌 Save this post, take some time this week to do the exercise, and DM me if you want a second set of eyes on what you find 👀

The word audit makes people nervous and I get it. 🫣
It sounds like someone coming in to grade your work, find everything you missed, and hand you a lengthy report full of things that are broken.
That misconception stops a lot of business owners from getting the clarity they actually need. 😫
What really happens is we come in and look at your business with completely fresh eyes. No emotional attachment to how things have always been done, no blind spots from being too close to it.
Just an honest look at where you are right now and what the clearest path forward actually looks like from the outside. 🧭
You walk away knowing exactly what to focus on and in what order. 🙌 A real prioritized plan with a 30 day focus and a 90 day vision so that every next step has somewhere purposeful to land.
That kind of clarity is genuinely hard to create from inside your own business. It's one of the most valuable things that comes out of working together. 🤍
Most business owners have been operating without it for longer than they'd like to admit.
Spots are booking into June. If this is the year you stop guessing and start building with intention, send me a message and let's make it happen. 📩

I run this exercise with every single client and it never stops being eye opening. 👀🔍
Most business owners have never actually written out every task they do in a week. It all just lives in their head, gets done somehow, and the cycle repeats. When you finally get it out of your head and onto paper, the picture becomes very clear very fast.
You're doing a lot more than you think. 😮💨 A significant chunk of it was NEVER meant to stay with you.
The delegate column fills up FAST for most people. So does automate. ⚡️
🗑️ The delete column is usually the most surprising, tasks that have been running on autopilot for years that nobody would actually miss if they stopped tomorrow.
What you're left with in the keep column is the work that genuinely needs you. Your expertise. Your relationships. Your creative thinking. The reason you started this in the first place.
That's the column worth protecting. Everything else is an opportunity to build a business that runs more on systems and less on your personal capacity every single day.
Save this one and actually do it this week. You'll be glad you did.
If you want help sorting through it, that's exactly the kind of work we do together. Everything starts at ontarioassistant.com 🔗

Somewhere at 30,000 feet I realized my business was running without me. That feeling is what I want for every single one of you. ✈️
There's something about being on a plane, completely unreachable, watching your business continue to exist without you, that makes all the operations work feel worth it in a way that's hard to put into words.
This is what I want for every business owner I work with. Not just the revenue goals or the team growth or the cleaner backend, though all of that matters deeply. The actual freedom that comes when your business is built well enough to hold itself together while you go live your life. 🌍
It took me a while to get here. Building a business while figuring out how to be a mom, a CEO, and a radio show host all at once means the systems had to be real. Not aspirational. Actually working, every day, without me manually holding them up.
Your business should fund adventures, not prevent them. It should grow while you rest. It should serve your clients beautifully whether you're at your desk or above the clouds.
That version of your business is buildable. It just needs the right foundation. Curious where to start? Everything is at ontarioassistant.com 🔗
