The customer story isn’t captured in a single interaction.
With enhanced customer records in RPM, brokers have a clearer view of communication history and activity.
More context, less searching. A better way to see the customer.

Last week we wrapped our first Dev Hack(AI)thon at Rival, with three teams, real workflow problems, and one goal: working prototypes.
The energy was real. One developer told us it was "insane how far we got" from their first prototype to where they landed by the end of the day. Another said having multiple engineers brainstorm and work through a problem together, with AI in the mix, was "super efficient."
The teams were able to take what they learned about directing AI agents the day before and put it to work on real problems the very next day.
Tomorrow, all three teams will present at Show and Tell. We'll announce the winners by Friday.
Interested in doing your own Hack(AI)thon? A guidebook on how we built ours is coming soon for other teams thinking about running something similar!

We just wrapped a full morning of hands-on Claude AI training with our Development team.
Developers walked through how they're actually using AI in their own work, with live demos and practical examples from the people doing it daily. The room stayed engaged for three hours, questions throughout, and a lot of “I can't wait to try that.”
Tomorrow, they put it into practice at our Hack(AI)thon: real problems, working prototypes, a morning to build, and a demo day to the company next week.
More to come after the Hack(AI)thon!

During our “Beyond the Tech” event, Ema Roloff noted that “only 20% of companies have any formal AI training.” As AI continues to accelerate, we're investing in AI, and we're starting with the people who build our products.
This week our Development team at Rival is running dedicated Claude training followed by a Hack(AI)thon. Three teams, real workflow problems, and a goal of shipping working prototypes in a single morning.
This is about giving developers room to direct AI agents effectively: specifying clearly, reviewing critically, and building faster without cutting corners on judgment. It’s implementation with a real training plan behind it.
More to come from the Hack(AI)thon. Stay tuned!
