​Because it’s a technical nightmare. 🧠🧪 Balancing high-fat mascarpone with the perfect coffee soak while keeping the stabilizer ratios tight enough to hold up on a stick? It’s a delicate science. Most won’t touch it because it usually results in a soggy mess.

​We didn’t want the "easy" route—we wanted to create something the city hadn't seen yet. After testing, tweaking, and perfecting the chemistry, we’ve finally mastered the Tiramisu Paleta.
