Meet the host of our 15th Annual Angels in Action Gala, Miller! ✨
An award-winning artist, musician, writer, director, performer, designer, musician and educator, Rick has spent his career bringing stories to life on stages around the world. He was even named by Entertainment Weekly as one of the 100 most creative people alive.
This November, Rick will take the stage to guide us through an unforgettable evening of connection, celebration and impact; all in support of underserved and marginalized women as they work toward brighter new beginnings. 💛

For Samanpreet, it meant leaving domestic violence and homelessness to build a safer, brighter future for herself and her daughter.
With the support of New Beginnings Support Program, she found confidence, hope, and the opportunity to continue her education and create a better future for her family. 🌱

For many women from marginalized and underserved communities, building a career isn’t simply about finding a job. It can mean overcoming barriers to education, gaining new skills, rebuilding confidence, and finding someone willing to open the door.
That’s why New Beginnings Support Program is proud to partner with , Continuous Professional Learning, Longo Faculty of Business to create a pathway from learning to employment.
Through the Business Office Coordinator Certificate Program, participants develop practical digital, communication, organizational, and AI skills — while gaining something equally important: the confidence to step into a professional environment.
And through internship and employment placements, learning becomes experience. Experience becomes opportunity. And opportunity can become a new beginning.
We believe that when women are given the right support and opportunities, they don’t just find a path forward — they can shine along the way. ✨

For more than 21 years, we aim to help transition women out of the cycle of poverty into self-independence, making a difference in their own lives, their children's lives, and their communities.
As we looked back on our journey, one thing was clear: we couldn't do this alone.
Thanks to , we were able to fulfill our mission and help 20 women and 40 children with our 2025- 2026 Program.
