For all your First Year Eng needs To help you adjust, the Faculty of Engineering has developed the First Year Engineering Office (FYEO).
The first year of university is an exciting and challenging and there may be a period of adjustment, both academically and socially. The First Year Engineering Office handles all academic and administrative matters associated with first year of engineering at Ryerson University. We invite you to come and meet the FYEO staff and do not hesitate to ask for our help whenever you have questions, concerns, or comments of any sort. Together, we will help you deal with all your first year related matters. We look forward to meeting all of you!

Join Toronto Met Entrepreneurship Association (TEA) if you're an ambitious student looking to build real-world skills, gain industry exposure, and develop an entrepreneurial mindset.
RISE (Readiness, Innovation, Skills, Entrepreneurship) is a structured professional development program that goes beyond business theory. Over 12 to 15 weeks, you'll take part in hands-on workshops, mentorship, a team venture-building project, and a capstone showcase, plus free access to TEA's annual conference and case competition. You'll walk away with portfolio projects, professional connections, a completion certificate, and a LinkedIn badge.
