Hannah Greene shares her three tips for Back to Dance🧑‍🩰

⚡️ Don’t skip your warm up and cool down! These are extremely important for your body to get adjusted and be ready for rehearsal, as well as relaxing after a long day of hard work.

🔋Fuel! Feed your body healthy nutrients so you have enough energy to sustain all the work you’ll be doing.

😴 Sleep is so important to reset your system. A full 8 hours is recommended for a good night’s rest.
