Living together means more than sharing an address.
We’re proud to see Queen & Ashbridge and Bridge recognized with the Living Together Award at the 2026 ARIDO Awards.
Together, the condominium residences at Queen & Ashbridge and the rental homes at Bridge bring different housing tenures into one connected community. The premise is simple: different housing models shouldn’t mean different experiences of home.
Congratulations to our clients, Context Developments and RioCan Living

The Light Room explores light not as illumination, but as a material that shapes space.
We’re excited to see that experimentation recognized with Gold in both Exhibition and Light at the by FRAME
Thank you to the jury for their generous words:
“Sublime example of light as material: elegant, minimal, humble.”
Arnold Swanborn, Design Principal at CO Architects
“Stunning use of hue and saturation shift.”
TJ Hoover, Creative Director at SEE YOU LATER
The Light Room was conceived and developed in close collaboration with Vyvyd Lighting Inc.. Their technical knowledge and willingness to experiment were fundamental to turning the idea into something that could be experienced, tested, and continually transformed. This recognition belongs equally to them.

Introducing the Carolinian Room, Langdon Hall Hotel & Spa reimagined 2,000-square-foot hospitality suite, built to shift between private salon, club lounge, and event space without losing its residential intimacy.
Continuous banquettes. Movable tables. Freestanding seating. A meeting becomes dinner; a private gathering becomes a celebration, the boundaries stay fluid.

Langdon Hall Hotel & Spa, rooted in history and renewed for a new era.
We approached this refresh of one of Canada’s most established country-house hotels as a living, evolving ecosystem where history, hospitality and daily life continuously shape one another.
Across 35 guest rooms in the Cloister Wing, familiar architectural elements and wood-burning fireplaces remain the foundation, while new furnishings, lighting, bathrooms and discreetly integrated technology bring a more current rhythm to each room.
Ultimately, the project is about hospitality at its most intuitive: rooms that invite you to settle in, spaces that adapt around you and details that reveal themselves
gradually.

This Thursday, our Executive Director joins the mainstage in Las Vagas to explore how the hospitality industry’s most compelling concepts are evolving into dense, culture-driven ecosystems where space is fluid, programs overlap, and every square foot needs to earns its place.
Guest rooms become minimal anchors, while the real experience unfolds in culturally embedded social zones that connect travellers to the neighbourhood, to local businesses, to the city, and to each other.
