Looking for tranquility 🇺🇸

Panama 🇵🇦, you've shown me that getting out of my comfort zone makes life more fun and interesting.

Blessing me with your heat, which pushed me to do my first run after my left hip surgery.

Meeting new people that will change my life's trajectory. Embracing nature regularly to avoid feeling trapped in my own head. And giving me daily dose of adventures to help me connect with my inner child.

Thank you, I'll see you soon.

Getting lost in the beautiful cities of Spain 🇪🇸 warms mi corazón
