Welcome to ADHD fitness and nutrition coaching! Learn habit building and healthy habits in a way that works for your brain.

I couldn't understand why I could stay consistent for a while... then suddenly feel completely out of control around food.

Learning how ADHD affects dopamine, impulsivity, emotional regulation, and decision-making changed everything.

I stopped trying to "try harder" and started building systems that actually worked with my brain instead of against it.

That shift helped me lose over 100 pounds—and, more importantly, helped me let go of years of shame.

If you've ever felt like you're constantly starting over, you're not alone. It may not be a motivation problem.

❤️ What changed everything for you? Let me know in the comments.

Still forgetting the habit you swore you'd do?

Stop relying on willpower. Attach it to something you already do every day, like brushing your teeth or making coffee.

That is habit stacking. It works because your brain follows cues, not promises.

Restarting habits does not mean you failed.

It means you are human, and the middle part is messy. I have lived that loop too, and that is exactly why I coach around systems, not guilt.

If you are tired of starting over, send me a message. 💬

Your habit fails before you start.

Stop relying on memory. Put the cue where you already reach for it, water by the coffee maker, shoes by the door, pills beside your keys.

That is habit stacking done right. Want more behavior-based tips that actually stick? Message me “habit” and I’ll send the next one.

Can’t stick to habits? Move them closer.

If the water bottle is in the kitchen, you will forget it. Put it by your front door, next to your shoes, where you already have to look.

That is habit stacking plus environment design. Want more tips that actually fit ADHD brains? Message me “habit”.

Still calling this a reset, not a failure? 🙂

Same. Some weeks look like habit-building. Some weeks look like a laundry pile, a half-used planner, and one very optimistic water bottle.

That messy middle is normal. And it’s fixable.

If you’ve tried to “just be consistent” before and felt stuck, coaching can help you build a system that actually fits your brain. Message me to talk through what that could look like.

Falling off the habit wagon? Same. 😅

The messy middle is where most people think they failed.

Usually, they just need a better system, not more willpower.

If this feels a little too familiar, comment “stuck” and I’ll send you a simple next step.

Your habit fails because your day fights it.

Stop relying on willpower. Stack the habit onto something you already do, like brushing your teeth or making coffee.

That tiny anchor makes the new habit harder to skip, and easier to repeat.

Want more habit tips like this? Message me "reset".

One of the biggest myths about weight loss is that successful people don't struggle anymore.
They do.
At least I do.
The difference isn't that I never emotionally eat.
The difference is that I understand why I'm reaching for food.
For me, food was often filling a social need.
When I felt lonely, food was available.
When I felt rejected, food was comforting.
When I felt stressed, food was predictable.
Food became a solution to problems it was never actually solving.
And that's what made change so difficult.
Because every time I tried to "eat less," I was taking away a coping strategy without replacing it.
The biggest breakthrough wasn't finding the perfect meal plan.
It was becoming curious about my behaviour.
What am I feeling?
What need am I trying to meet?
What would actually help right now?
That's why I talk so much about environment.
Healthy food in the house.
Walking shoes by the door.
Friends I can text.
Systems that make the better choice easier.
Because willpower is unreliable.
Environment is powerful.
❤️ What's your biggest emotional eating trigger?

One of the biggest breakthroughs in my weight-loss journey had nothing to do with calories.
It was realizing that I wasn't eating because I was hungry.
I was eating because I was stressed.
Or bored.
Or overwhelmed.
Or celebrating.
Or tired.
Or lonely.
Food had become my solution for almost every emotion.
And when food becomes your primary coping strategy, taking it away feels like losing a friend.
That's why telling people to "just eat less" often misses the point.
Because if food is solving an emotional problem, removing food without addressing the emotion leaves a void.
The goal was never to stop enjoying food.
The goal was to stop needing food for everything.
Today, I still enjoy dessert.
I still celebrate with meals.
I still eat foods I love.
But food is no longer my therapist, my reward system, and my stress management plan all rolled into one.
❤️ Which emotion makes you most likely to reach for food?
