​📣 Official OP Cheerleader: She’s also our undisputed Team Morale & Snack Facilitator! Miranda will be leading the chants from the sidelines, keeping the energy electric, and making sure the squad stays fueled, hyped, and ready!

​If you want to win championships in the fast-paced world of experiential marketing, you need a rock-solid backline. That’s why we are locking in our veteran Defender, Tom, who has been anchoring the Outlook Promotions squad for an incredible 4.5 years! 🏃‍♂️💨

​In soccer, the best defenders don't just stop threats—they read the entire pitch, communicate constantly, and set the rest of the team up for a flawless attack. As one of our premier project managers, that is exactly why Tom is world-class at his job.

​From managing the chaotic final days of major auto shows for our client to handling massive cross-country team travel, Tom anticipates logistics challenges before they ever hit the box.

​Clutch Adaptability: Whether he’s managing corporate logistics or using a friend-of-a-friend connection to score a hilarious interview with Marc ("I'm not an Actor but I can be very enthusiastic") for our Elfing project, Tom knows exactly how to pivot and win the ball.
