The show runs until November 2, and the gallery is open Wednesday through Saturday, 12-5 PM.

It was such a treat to see so many friendly faces this weekend at the open studio weekend at x . Thanks to all who came out!

I’ve retreated to my family’s cottage along the shore of Lake Huron to refocus and retune for a few days. It’s a space for me to chase down wave traces and to catch up with some of the things that j haven’t been able to tend to since coming home in August.

September often has a manic energy, and while I’m not a student, working in galleries has that “back at it” energy that is equally tantalizing and rewarding.

That said, it’s nice to take a breath before jumping straight back into the next project.
