The project solicits information and opinion submissions from the general public prior to an election.
Election Prediction Project attempts to predict the result of parliamentary elections through:
• Predicting the overall result of an election by predicting the results of individual electoral districts/ridings.
• Predicating the result of individual electoral districts/ridings through analysis of factual information, objective commentary and subjective punditry specific to the electoral districts. You may contribute your insights to a specific electoral district through submission forms for specific elections. Only submissions in relation to a specific electoral district will be posted on the website. Election Prediction Project has only conducted prediction on parliamentary elections, where formations of executive/government are based on gaining control of the legislature. There is currently no plan to predict elections that generate separate legislative and executive powers, such as the US congressional/presidential elections, or municipal elections.
