Koler Construction Inc.

was established in 2013 and has steadily grown each year. Koler's success is built on developing strong relationships with our client from the start of each project, that continue beyond completion. Koler specializes in Low to Mid Rise residential construction and has successfully delivered expansion and renovation projects to several operating retirement residences in southern Ontario, as well as delivering new build residences to the same sector. In addition, Koler provides construction management services on public, municipal, federal, and educational ICI projects. A key element from our inception has been providing our team with a healthy, safe environment, without concern for harassment or violence, and promoting the growth and education of our managers and supervisors. This philosophy benefits every Koler employee, as well as our clients. Everyone at Koler Construction Inc is very proud of our status as a financially stable company, free of lawsuits and injury claims. This status is the product of constant attention and effort in client satisfaction.
