Making Sense Together: Individual & Couple Psychotherapist. Registered Psychotherapist, Relationship Expert & Life Coach. Everyone’s story is different.

Making Sense Together: Individual Counselling
I work with people on understanding themselves, being more self aware and their relationship with others. I do this by working with my clients in discovering patterns, understanding their organizing principals and themselves with others. People come to see me for many reasons. Some might be feeling stuck, dealing with a tough moment in their life and need someone to listen to them and help make sense of what is happening for them. Everyone's story is different. I can help. Some of the areas of my work:
Depression & Anxiety
Addictions
Relationship Counseling
Unresolved Childhood Issues
Self Worth Issues (inner and outer self image)
Mental Health Concerns
Career and/or Big life Changes
First Time Partent Anxieties
Infertility Issues
LGBT Issues
Loss & Grief

Working With Couples to Building a Stronger Connection: Working with couples is about understanding both individuals and how they come together. My job is to help you navigate through your relationship and help you both feel more connected throughout communication and intimacy. Parent Counselling: A deeper self-understanding can help you raise children to thrive. Parent Therapy is a good practice to understand your own experiences and feelings around life and parenting and how this may impact your child. For expecting parents as well.

Not every friendship breakup comes with an argument, a clear ending, or even a goodbye.

Sometimes, people simply drift apart. And even when the relationship ends quietly, the grief can be very real.

We don’t always talk about the pain of losing a friend but friendship loss deserves space, understanding, and compassion too.

If you’ve ever found yourself grieving a friendship you thought would last, this one might resonate with you.

Grief doesn’t always wait for a death.

For caregivers of a loved one with Alzheimer’s, mourning often begins long before goodbye, in the small moments when a memory disappears, when a name is forgotten, when someone you love feels a little further away.

This is called anticipatory grief, and it’s one of the least talked-about parts of caregiving. You’re not just adjusting to who they are now. You’re also grieving who they were, and quietly bracing for who they’ll become.
And in the middle of all of it, caregivers are so rarely asked: how are you doing?

On this World Alzheimer’s Day, we want to say it plainly: your grief is real, even while they’re still here. Your exhaustion is valid. And you don’t have to hold all of this by yourself.

If you’re caring for someone with Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia, support is available, for them, and for you.

Who do you turn to when you have something on your mind?

More and more, AI is becoming the place we go to for advice, reassurance, reflection, and even emotional support. But what happens when the person or technology we talk to about everything isn’t a person at all?

Our latest blog explores AI, human connection, loneliness, and the psychological impact of relying on technology for the conversations we once had with others.

Is AI becoming a new form of companionship or could we be missing something essential? Read the full blog post to explore the conversation. Read more via the link in our bio.
