Come one, come all to the Saucony Paramount Max demo on Saturday, August 8 at 8:30 AM. 🔥✨
We will leave the store right at 8:30 for a 5K. All paces welcome - this is a casual Saturday run from the shop.
Afterwards, we’ll meet back at the shop for refreshments and of course, the draw prize! 👟🥤

Treadmill gang unite!
Thankfully we’ve found a few places to get the miles in while the air has been less than stellar.
But the air is looking better and the run from the shop is ON for tomorrow, though! See you there at 8:00 am 🫶✨

HOKA Clifton Pro demo! 💛🧡
We had a great time this weekend demoing the new HOKA Clifton Pro AND enjoying some Kawartha dairy as a post-run treat 🍦🥰
Some food for thought: if we’re in the dog days of summer, does that mean there were cat days? Did we miss them or are they coming up? 🐶🐱
