Join sheRACES x Canada Running Series at The Runners Shop for a short run and conversation about women in endurance sports.

Originally from the UK and now operating in Canada, SheRACES is a non-profit working to break down barriers to women participating in endurance sports.

The evening will bring the Toronto running community together for a 5K run + group discussion about the additional barriers that can prevent women from getting to the start line - and what we can all do to be part of the solution.

Come run, listen, share and help get the conversation going!

The Bloor Street Mile! What a morning 💥Having a race across Bloor Street has been a dream of mine for a long time. It finally came true ❤️Thank you Jeff Chong Events, and Brendan and Rachel Williams for doing all the heavy lifting. I am so thrilled The Runners Shop and On were invited to become a part of the team. Huge thanks as well to all the TRS volunteers and of course the runners!! Having olympian Lucia Stafford race with us was such an honour. Fresh from the mile world championships in Copenhagen. Who’s running the TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon?

Racing the Bloor Street Mile this Sunday? 🏃‍♀️🏃

We’re helping make race morning a little easier.

You’re welcome to drop your bag at The Runners Shop anytime after 8 AM before heading to the start. Jog over to Bloor Street as your warm-up, race your mile, then head to The Annex Hotel after the race for coffee and treats.

Once you’ve refuelled, swing back by TRS to grab your bag!

A few things to know:

📍 Bag drop: The Runners Shop, 374 Bloor St W
⏰ Bag drop opens at 8 AM
🏃 Jog to the start as your warm-up
☕ Coffee + treats at The Annex Hotel after the race
🎒 Pick up your bag at TRS after the race

Kit pickup is race morning only, so be sure to check the Bloor Street Mile’s social channels and race communications for the latest details on timing and pickup instructions. The official race page lists bib pickup opening at 8:30 AM on Sunday.
