To our volunteers, youth volunteers, instructors, coaches, parents, partners, and entire team — thank you for giving your time, energy, skills, and heart to our children and families. 🙏🏾

A special appreciation to our young volunteers who stepped forward this summer. We hope this is only the beginning of your journey in community leadership, tutoring, recreation, coaching, and mentorship. 🌱

This summer reminded us of something powerful: we are not only building programs for our community—we are developing people from within our community who can lead them.

Yesterday we celebrated what we accomplished together. Today, we look forward to what we can build next. 💛

What a beautiful way to celebrate an incredible summer of learning, playing, growing, and belonging together! 🎉

From our Tutoring & Tigrinya classes 📚 to our Fair Club recreation activities ⚽🏃🏾🏐, this summer showed us what is possible when children, parents, volunteers, instructors, coaches, and community come together.

We watched children make new friends, build confidence, discover new talents, strengthen their learning, stay active, and—most importantly—feel that they belong. 💛

A heartfelt THANK YOU to every parent who trusted us, every volunteer and instructor who gave their time, every coach who encouraged our children, and every partner who helped open doors for our community. 🙏🏾

Summer 2026 may be wrapping up, but this is not the end—it is the foundation for what comes next. 🌱

There’s something special about seeing our children playing, running, laughing, competing, and building friendships together. ⚽🏃🏾🏐

A huge thank you to our parents, volunteers, coaches, and community members who continue to show up and make Fair Club possible. 🙏🏾

Every weekend, we’re seeing more than sports — we’re seeing belonging, confidence, community, and opportunity growing right in front of us. 🌱

East Scarborough kids deserve spaces to play, grow and thrive — and together, we’re building them. 💛

A big cheer to our children, parents, instructors, and volunteers as we celebrate our final tutoring class of the summer! From a small beginning to a bigger room with three instructors, our young learners showed us what happens when community, culture, and learning come together. 👏🏾🌱

🏟️ Sunday is almost here — Fair Club is coming to Birchmount Stadium!

This Sunday, we are opening the field for youth to be seen, recruited, and inspired. Fair Club is not only about games — it is about creating a pathway for the next generation of athletes in East Scarborough.

Youth will take part in running challenges, soccer, volleyball, fun competitions, and community activities while connecting with coaches, mentors, and role models.

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Unfortunately, due to the severe air quality warning and wildfire smoke in Scarborough, we have decided to cancel today’s Fair Club session for everyone’s safety. 🌫️

Environment Canada is advising people to limit time outdoors and reschedule or cancel outdoor sports and activities.

We know the youth were excited, but their health and safety come first.

We look forward to seeing everyone next Friday at Thomson Memorial Park for soccer, running, volleyball, and training as we prepare for our Sunday tournament at Birchmount Stadium. 🏃🏾⚽🏐🏆

After seeing so much interest from our youth, we’re taking the next step by creating a fun and inspiring space for this summer where young people can play, compete, learn, and be seen. 💛

Youth will enjoy running challenges, soccer, volleyball, fun games, mentorship, and tournament activities in a safe and supportive community space. 🤝⚽🏐🏃🏾📚

The first Birchmount Stadium session will focus on welcoming youth, registration, talent discovery, fun games, and learning more about each child’s interests. After that, youth will continue training at Thomson Memorial Park before returning to Birchmount Stadium for the final showcase events.

This is more than a tournament—it is a chance for youth to build confidence, discover their talent, meet mentors, and belong. 🌟
