This renovation completely transformed the home. We increased the basement ceiling height by 2 feet through professional underpinning and doubled the living space by building a rear addition. The result is a brighter, more functional home with significantly more usable square footage and lasting value.

Underpinning using the vibro-pack over pour method is a tricky task that most underpinning companies can't get right. You have to know concrete in and out. The skill you apply in your trade has to flow like water.
