Presenting the Brandon ! This project features a one bedroom layout that opens onto the rear yard and overlooks the adjacent park.

One footprint, three completely different personalities. We explored three unique exterior concepts for this two storey suite, experimenting with gable, mansard, and flat roof forms alongside a rich palette of brick, stucco, and warm timber.

Throwback to our Osborne Laneway Suite.

This 1,290 sq. ft. home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, thoughtfully designed to maximize both indoor and outdoor living. The recessed ground floor creates a sheltered entryway and a seamless connection between the backyard and the laneway, while the setback provides space for parking and an outdoor patio.

Clad in white corrugated metal with expansive sliding doors opening onto the greenery beyond, the Osborne Laneway Suite balances clean, modern design with practical family living.
