MVP Program

MVP focuses on the growth and development of first year students in the Pre-Management, Management, Co-op Management, Economics, and Joint Management programs. The Most Valuable Protégé (MVP) Program is a mentorship program under the Department of Management at the University of Toronto Scarborough. MVP focuses on the growth and development of first year students in the Management, Co-op Management, Economics, MIBA, and Joint Management programs. With the guidance and support of their Mentors, our Mentees (also known as Protégés) foster themselves academically, socially, and professionally so they can gain an edge over others in this highly competitive industry. This is accomplished via the Mentor/Protégé teams, consisting of one Mentor and three Protégés, who work together to build skills, networks, and most importantly, fun. The executive team works to create special programs to provide Mentees with unique opportunities to build character, engage in competition, and create long lasting friendships.
