You are allowed to ask for more.
I said yes to a business deal once because turning it down felt ruder than accepting terms I knew weren't right. I sat in that meeting and agreed to something my gut had already rejected.
I came out of meditation the next morning with a clear, loud no. Got on a call and asked for the deal to be reworked. It didn't happen, so I rebuilt the entire project myself for under two hundred dollars.
Asking for more was never the arrogant move. It was the honest one.
Weekly Affirmation: I Am Allowed To Ask For More
If you've been saying yes in the room and finding your no the next morning, this is why we created the Aligned Guidance Affirmation Cards. Comment "CARDS" and I'll send you the link to get yours.

- taking time to listen to her gut vs what other people wanted from her
- sent the text without re-reading it four times first
- made the decision with 70% of the information instead of waiting for 100%
- let a conversation end without replaying it on the walk home
- booked the appointment instead of researching it for another week
- said the thing without scripting it in your head first
- let "good enough" close the loop instead of "what if"
- stopped asking five people the same question hoping for a different answer
- made the call and let the outcome be the outcome
- stopped rehearsing apologies for things you hadn't even done yet
- closed the tab instead of researching the worst-case scenario
- let yourself not know how a story ends before you start it
- sent the email without imagining every way it could be misread
- stopped mentally drafting your defense for conversations that hadn't happened
- picked the restaurant without scrolling forty reviews first
- let a silence after you spoke just be a silence
- made a plan and let it change without spiraling
- stopped treating every choice like it was permanent
- said "I'm not sure, let's just try it" out loud
- let yourself be surprised by how something turned out
- stopped overthinking the overthinking
Your mind learned that if it could predict every outcome, nothing could blindside you again. So it never stopped running the numbers, even when there was nothing left to calculate.
Certainty was never coming. You were always going to have to move before you felt ready.
You don't need the whole map. You just need the next step, and you're allowed to take it unsure.

I don't take it lightly when someone trusts you to hold space for a room full of people.
At the RevivaI event with the incredible Liat Horowitz, we took participants through an experiential gratitude session and by the end, you could feel the whole energy shift. Stress and anxiety released, people reconnected with joy and excitement, and the room was ready for everything that came next.
That's what gratitude can do when it goes beyond journaling and becomes something you actually feel in your body.
I LOVE paying rent.
Choosing the right event for your products is super important, and testing new events always come with a little bit of risk.
At least I got a great tan!
And I’ll get it to you super fast thanks to this sweetened condensed milk.

- laughed at full volume instead of catching it halfway
- said the opinion before checking the room's temperature first
- took up the whole chair instead of folding into half of it
- let your personality fill a room without apologizing for it after
- said "I disagree" instead of softening it into a question
- stopped shrinking your story so it wouldn't outshine someone else's
- wore the thing that made you feel like yourself, not the safe version
- let yourself be the most excited person in the conversation
- stopped translating your feelings into a smaller, easier size
- told the story with the ending intact instead of trimming it down
- said what you wanted out loud instead of hinting at it
- stopped pre-apologizing for an opinion before you'd even said it
- let your voice carry instead of pulling it back in
- took the compliment instead of immediately deflecting it
- stopped checking if you were "too much" before you spoke
- let yourself be the main character of your own story for once
- said "actually, I loved that" without qualifying it
- stopped editing yourself down to fit into rooms that were too small for you
- let people meet the whole version, not the edited one
- stopped treating your personality like something to apologize for
Being "too much" was never the problem. You were just sized for rooms that were built too small to hold you. So you started folding yourself down before anyone could ask you to.
The right people were never asking you to shrink. They were waiting for you to stop.
You don't need to be smaller to be lovable. You needed better rooms.
