Orthogenic Lab

At Orthogenic Laboratories, we manufacture custom medical-grade EVA devices that fully contact the foot to enhance performance, improve function, prevent injury, reduce pain, and align the body throughout the gait cycle. The 3D scanning technology that we've developed, allows us to take precise biometric data using an infrared structured light scanner on an iPad. Our team of Certified Pedorthists use German-engineered 3D-modeling software to individually design and customize every orthotic. Through a process called subtractive manufacturing, the orthotic is carved with extreme precision from a shock-absorbing EVA block and then hand grinded for a perfect fit.
