I designed this dining room a few years back, and it’s still the ultimate serene sanctuary for my clients. Gorgeous deep wall color, personal art at center stage, and zero fluff.

This project started with a major headache (a leaking, non-functional bathroom) and ended with one of my favourite tile transformations to date. Seeing the client’s face at the final walkthrough made every step worth it.

Fast design moves and huge relief! 🥹

My client had looked at hundreds of rugs and even bought and returned 7 of them on her own. She was so overwhelmed—until we met, came up with a clear plan and found the one online. Design tip: Never underestimate the power of shopping your own home (and adding a few key pieces).

We kept all the existing furniture for this room but completely changed the energy of the room by:

Rearranging the layout for better flow.
Hanging a strategic mirror to maximize natural light (found in the basement).
Sourcing the perfect rug to connect the color palette (found and on its way!).

A happy client and a beautiful transformation without the gut-reno timeline.

Still obsessed with this design choice from years ago. A backdoor sink is great, but a transom window backsplash? ... I still love it!

Built for two. Sometimes it doesn’t take much for an office to work great.

Design Tip: Don't fight the footprint—streamline it.

When designing a compact kitchen, simplicity is your best friend. In this space, we leaned into a minimal aesthetic by matching the countertop and backsplash material, creating an unbroken visual line.

To save literal inches, we opted for a built-in 24" cooktop paired with an undermount oven so nothing juts out into the room. And for the finishing touch? Since closed storage was at a premium, we opted to display my client's beautiful, colorful collection, right on the cooktop.

The ultimate small space hack? A pedestal table. No awkward legs means you can always squeeze another chair around the table. These semi-customised beauties from come in the perfect sizes for compact spaces. Love them!

The nook of this kitchen was completely redundant with the dining room so close by. The fix? We transformed the wasted space into a sleek little office area and packed in a lot more storage along with the fridge. Problem solved!
