🌧️ We’d like to announce that today’s headliner is... **Rain.** ☔🎤
Unfortunately, Mother Nature has decided to book the Carrot Common stage for herself, so today’s **BD Beats** performance has been cancelled due to the obvious downpour.
As much as we’d love to dance in the rain, our artists (and their instruments) deserve to stay a little drier than that. 🎸💦
Don’t worry—we’ll be back with more live music throughout the summer (weather permitting, of course!).

You’ve probably already started seeing the posters around the neighbourhood and the excitement building online, so here’s your friendly reminder that **Taste of the Danforth** returns **August 7–9**!
Hosted by our neighbours at ** GreekTown on the Danforth BIA ©️ **, in partnership with the ** City of Toronto ** and the ** Ontario Government **, this iconic festival is one of the biggest celebrations of food, culture, and community in the city.
As the road closures extend all the way to **Broadview Avenue**, the **Broadview Danforth BIA** is part of the festivities. While you’re enjoying the festival, be sure to explore and support the many amazing businesses throughout our neighbourhood—they’ll be ready to welcome you!
🚧 **Road Closure Reminder**
The full closure of Danforth Avenue will begin **Friday, August 7 at 9:00 AM** and the street will reopen **Monday, August 10 at 4:00 AM**.
