🥊 Beyond uniting 100 participants, this year’s Survivor Bootcamp marks a significant milestone: Mariela Burkett’s completion of over 50,000 burpees, translating to more than $50,000 in donations to The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation!

🎗️ Mariela Burkett’s story represents perseverance, especially as she’s celebrated an incredible twelve years cancer-free. She has elevated her commitment to fitness, personal training, and inspiring others to new heights, leading to the creation of the legendary Survivor Bootcamp which is more just a workout! This is a powerful fusion of renewal, resilience, and community — capturing Mariela’s spirit of strength and transformation.

Every day over 1000 patients are treated at the Princess Margaret Cancer Center, meaning every day over 1000 people's lives are affected by cancer.

While this is a frighteningly high amount of people, it is also what drives us to keep fighting. We are proud to support the GTx lab at the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation by raising almost $4,000,000. The tools and technologies developed by the GTx Program are transforming cancer surgeries and improving patient outcomes across a broad range of cancers.
