The goal of design was to create a private backyard oasis. We lowered the grade down to the basement level creating a basement walkout that seamlessly integrates into the new private outdoor living space below the new wood deck. New retaining walls create privacy from neighboring properties while acting as structural support and practical placement for a new outdoor kitchen!

A new transformation of the existing unused garage into a brand new sunroom connecting this backyard to the main dwelling. Angled high windows, interior glass partition wall+ glass sliding doors and floating stairs are some of the design highlights we're excited to share soon!

Final exterior concept design for a triplex in North York! This project is a complete overhaul of the existing bungalow into a 2 storey, 3 unit home. The goal with the project is to maintain a traditional single family home exterior aesthetic matching the neighborhood while providing additional units. We're finally able to share some of the unique features this great room shows off, from the high windows and skylights letting in plenty of natural light, to the exposed brick contrasting with the clean pine look of the decorative beams and massive bookshelf, all brought together by a central free-standing wood stove and surrounding seating for family and friends, this space leaves an impression on everyone enjoying the space.
