Porsche 911 Carrera T — Full Body Paint Protection Film
When a car like this arrives at our studio, there’s no discussion about partial protection.
This is a full body PPF car. Period.
The Carrera T is all about the driving experience — lightweight, engaging, and built to be enjoyed. On a vehicle like this, even the smallest rock chip can take away from the experience.
That’s why our client chose full body Paint Protection Film, ensuring maximum coverage against rock chips, road debris, scratches, and everyday wear.
✔ Self-healing top layer
✔ Hydrophobic surface
✔ Protection against road debris
✔ 10-year manufacturer warranty
Because let’s be honest —
a car like this wasn’t built to sit in a garage.
It’s meant to be driven, enjoyed, and protected properly.
A big thank you to our client for trusting ID Protection with their Porsche 911 Carrera T.
Cutting PPF
One of the most important skills in PPF installation is how well you can cut.
There are three different types of trimming: cutting on the panel, behind the panel, and between panels.
All of these trimming techniques need to be practiced before you start installing film on a car, because it is very easy to cut the vehicle, damage the paint, and cause real problems.
We cover all of these techniques in detail during our training.
In this video, we are using the behind-the-panel trimming technique, which allows you to wrap the film fully behind the panel and make it completely invisible on the vehicle.
For more detailed information about our training programs, feel free to message us in Direct or visit our website and submit an application there.

Satin finish. Invisible protection. Matte PPF on this Porsche Carrera’s fender. ✨
2026 Corvette in this stunning green color — absolutely beautiful.
The client made the right decision by protecting it with paint protection film. Now the car still looks fresh, rich, and eye-catching, but at the same time it’s protected from road debris, stone chips, scratches, and everyday damage.
PPF is a smart investment, especially for a brand-new vehicle. It helps keep the original paint in perfect condition and protects the value of the car long term.
New cars definitely deserve PPF.

Why Use a Heat Gun Before Cutting? 🔥✂️
One of the most overlooked steps in PPF installation is using a heat gun before making your cuts.
Applying heat helps relax the film, remove trapped air, and improve adhesion, creating a smoother surface to work on. This extra step can make a big difference in the quality and precision of your installation.
A properly heated film is often easier to position, stretch, and trim, reducing the chances of imperfections and improving the final result.
As with many things in PPF, the goal isn’t to rush the process—it’s to prepare the film correctly before moving to the next step.
Small details like this are what separate a good installation from a great one. 🔥
