Management Advisory Service

We have worked with over 1000 nonprofits since our start in 1993. Our mission is to build capacity in the non-profit sector by providing management consulting services through experienced volunteer consultants. MAS fulfils this mission by offering quality management consulting services across a range of program areas with no fee. Can MAS help you?

- How effective is your board?
- Do members know what is required of them?
- Do you need help with meetings/getting everyone on the same page?
- Are you satisfied with controls on your funds and financial reporting?
- Does your staff know what is expected of them?
- Do your systems deliver what you want and need?
- Who are your key audiences? Are you using the right messages?
- Who are you serving and how well? Do you have clear goals and a plan to achieve them?
