Tucked away on a quiet farm in Jordan Station (Niagara region), this gem is currently ranked No. 1 on Canada’s 100 Best Restaurants (), and it truly delivered. The space features an elegant, minimalist interior framed by a serene farm backdrop (where many of the ingredients are grown).

The service was warm and intuitive in the most human way. From thoughtful drink pairings to instantly replacing a spilled cocktail, and even answering my very weird questions without a hint of judgment.
