A Heartfelt Thank You to Our 33 Division Auxiliary Officers

Behind so many of our community events, initiatives and outreach efforts are an incredible group of people who generously give something that can never be replaced — their time.

Our 33 Division Auxiliary Officers volunteer countless hours to support our officers, our events and, most importantly, the community we serve.

Whether they are helping at community events, supporting food drives, engaging with residents or simply stepping up whenever an extra set of hands is needed, they consistently show up with professionalism, enthusiasm and a genuine desire to make a difference.

What makes their contribution even more meaningful is knowing that they choose to be here. They have families, careers and responsibilities of their own, yet they continue to dedicate their personal time to serving others.

Your hard work does not go unnoticed.

To all of our 33 Division Auxiliary Officers, thank you for your dedication, your reliability and the pride you bring to everything you do. We are incredibly fortunate to have you as part of our 33 Division family.

You may volunteer your time, but the impact you make on our community is immeasurable.

From all of us at 33 Division — thank you.

Yesterday, 33 Division partnered with Galati Market Fresh to collect much-needed food donations in support of Community Share Food Bank.

Every donation brings us one step closer to our goal of helping address food insecurity in our community and ensuring that local families and individuals in need have access to essential food items.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by and donated, as well as the 33 Division Community Police Liaison Committee (CPLC) members and our Neighbourhood Community Officers who helped make today’s event possible.

Thank you to Galati Market Fresh for hosting us and supporting our community!

What an incredible day!

Last week, we hosted our annual 33 Division Community BBQ, our largest yet, with over 2,000 attendees and more than 40 community vendors!

A huge thank you to Longo’s York Mills and Maple Lodge Farms for the hot dogs, Mr. Greek for the souvlaki, Sultan of Samosas for the samosas, Pizza Hut for the pizzas, Ontario Food Terminal for the watermelons, Richard & Ruth’s No Frills for water and ice, RBC for sponsoring the ice cream truck, and Venvi Retirement Living for the hot dog condiments.

Thank you to our Toronto Police Service specialty units, Heroes for Hire for bringing Spider-Man and Optimus Prime, our local elected officials, and the Aga Khan Museum and Cadillac Fairview Shops at Don Mills for helping with additional tents.

A very special thank you to our 33 Division Auxiliary Officers, CPLC volunteers, YIPI and co-op students, adult volunteers, and especially our 33 Division officers who came in on their days off to help.

An event of this size takes a community to make happen. To everyone who contributed, volunteered, attended or supported us — thank you!

On behalf of 33 Division, Superintendent Donovan Locke and the 33 Division Command Team, thank you for helping make this our largest Community BBQ ever!
2,000+ attendees. 40+ vendors. One incredible community.

See you next year — although there will be one change to the guest list: the bees are NOT invited.

We’re working toward raising 12,000 lbs of food for our annual food drive, and thanks to your incredible support, we’ve already made it this far!

We’re so close to reaching our goal, let’s keep the momentum going and make an even bigger impact in our community.

Help us get to 100%!
