At our latest Art of My Hair Workshop, youth heard the powerful journey of Natalie aka Queenie, a professional hairstylist who shared how navigating the Canadian system as a young person shaped her path and passion.
She didn’t just tell her story — she taught skills, showing participants how to create straight-back braids while encouraging them to believe in their own potential.
We also heard from .thecreative and Samantha from who spoke about employment, career pathways, and upcoming job opportunities for youth.
