Ahãma just debuted on Günlüklü Bay, a protected cove on Türkiye's Turquoise Coast between the yacht town of Göcek and Fethiye, and it already carries the Relais & Châteaux badge.

The resort is built into fifty acres of rare liquidambar forest, with timber cabanas hidden under the trees and a glass-walled centerpiece, the Glass House, opening straight to the sea.

Wellness here goes well past a spa menu. Sound baths in a purpose-built Sound Temple, watsu sessions in the water, guided forest bathing on the trails. Four restaurants cover everything from Aegean mezze to Latin flavours, and yachts pull right up to the bay for lunch.

The Turquoise Coast is climbing client wish lists fast, and this is the one to book before everyone else does. Message us to start planning.

Here's a fun seasonal flip. While we rake leaves, New Zealand is heading into spring, and its lodge season is just beginning.

Blanket Bay tops our list every time. The lodge looks across Lake Wakatipu to the Humboldt Mountains, scenery so cinematic the valleys nearby stood in for Middle-earth on screen, and Queenstown's restaurants and w**eries are only 45 minutes away.

The itinerary here runs on helicopters and rivers. Heli-fishing on water no road reaches, flyovers of Milford Sound, w**e tasting in Central Otago, or nothing at all in the great stone-and-timber lodge room with a fire going.

New Zealand takes long lead times, and planning now means the trip of a lifetime next year. Reach out!

Vietnam is not a one-stop trip. Basket boats, river valleys, limestone bays, temples, rice terraces, and a very good bowl of noodles all belong to the same country.

The range is the appeal, but it is also the planning challenge. A coast-and-culture trip moves differently from one built around the north, and adding every famous stop can create more transit than experience.

We start by deciding which version of Vietnam matters most to the client. Then we connect landscapes, cities, food, and time on the water at a pace that leaves room to enjoy them. Good routing matters as much here as the hotel list.

Vietnam keeps climbing client wish lists for a reason. Reach out to start planning.

Michelin's highest rating for hotels is three Keys. Fewer than 150 places on Earth have it, and one of them is ten canvas tents in the Namib Desert.

Zannier Sonop is built directly onto granite boulders above 13,800 private acres of desert, styled like a 1920s expedition that never packed up: four-poster beds, leather trunks, clawfoot tubs facing one of the oldest landscapes on the planet. A guest once told us it felt like sleeping inside an old expedition novel, and we've never described it better ourselves.

Then dinner arrives, five courses, served by butlers in tuxedos, in the middle of the desert. Days bring sunrise rides on horseback and hot-air ballooning; nights bring an open-air cinema and telescopes under some of the darkest skies anywhere. Let’s start planning!

Our favourite cure for a red-eye into London isn't in London at all.

Heckfield Place is a Georgian manor on 400 acres in Hampshire, 45 minutes from Heathrow, restored over nearly a decade and now holding two Michelin Keys. The food is the headline here. The estate has its own biodynamic farm, dairy, and orchards, the first hotel garden in the UK to earn biodynamic certification, and its restaurant Marle holds a Green Michelin Star for cooking almost entirely from what the land produces.

Between meals, there's more to fill a stay than seems fair. Walled gardens, lake walks, wellies waiting by the door, the Bothy spa hidden through the garden wall, and a 45-seat screening room for the evening.

We love it as the first or final stop of a UK itinerary. Arrive jet-lagged, leave restored. Message us to start planning.

How do you choose among Maldives resorts that all promise blue water and overwater villas? Start with personality.

Joali is the memorable one. Where other resorts hang a few prints, Joali suspended a life-size manta ray in the trees and put a dining table inside it. Where others plant coral frames, Joali sank sculptures on the reef and let the coral move in. Even the butlers refuse to be ordinary here. The title is Jadugar, which translates to magician.

Beneath the character, the fundamentals are flawless: Forbes Five-Star four years running, two Michelin Keys, and a top-three finish in Travel + Leisure's world's best hotels this year.

Anyone can promise paradise. Personality is rarer. Reach out to start planning.

The Mediterranean has been mapped, cruised, and photographed within an inch of its life. Somehow, Malta still flies under the radar. Here's what to know before everyone else catches on.

Valletta is Europe's smallest capital, walkable end to end in twenty minutes, and its cathedral holds Caravaggio's largest painting, the only one he ever signed.

Mdina, the walled Silent City, clears out when the day-trippers leave. A single small palazzo hotel lets you sleep inside the walls.

Gozo is a 25-minute ferry away, with temples older than the pyramids and dive sites serious divers cross Europe for.

And the logistics are a gift. Everything is about thirty minutes from everything else, English is an official language, and Valletta's old palazzos are being restored into small, characterful hotels one by one.

Malta won't fly under the radar much longer. Message us and get there first.

What happens when you cross a classic safari with the Australian Outback?

You get Bamurru Plains, a ten-bungalow camp on a private station in Australia's Top End. The early wake-ups and the sundowners made the trip from Africa. Everything else is pure Australia.

Game drives by airboat, flying over floodplains at speed with your guide spotting wildlife the whole way. Wild buffalo on the banks and saltwater crocs in the shallows, sometimes close enough to count their teeth. And serious birdlife, over 230 species on this one station, including sunrise takeoffs of magpie geese by the thousands.

Back at camp, the bungalows are raised above the wetlands with mesh walls in place of glass, so you fall asleep to the sounds of the floodplain and wake up to wallabies grazing below your deck.

The season runs roughly May through October, and we like to pair it with Kakadu's ancient rock art and a night or two in Darwin. Message us to start planning.

One of Greece's best-kept secrets isn't an island. It's the mainland.

Kinsterna is a centuries-old mansion estate in the southeastern Peloponnese, named for the ancient cistern at its heart, and it has become one of the coolest stays in Greece. Many suites come with private pools. The spa runs on old Greek bathing rituals, steam and all. You can ride horses through the vineyards, take a boat down the coast, or plant yourself at the infinity pool with a glass of the estate's own w**e, made a few hundred feet from your chair. And in season, guests are welcome to jump into the grape stomping, which we're told is impossible to do with dignity and absolutely worth it.

Mon Ark's tip: it's about a three-hour drive from Athens, which sounds like a commitment until you realize it's the reason there are no cruise crowds waiting on the other end.

Greece the way the mainland keeps it. Reach out to plan it.

The location at the Sacher in Vienna, cannot be beat.

The State Opera is directly across the street. The Albertina is around the corner. The old city starts at the door. You can walk to nearly everything that made Vienna famous and be back in time for a nightcap at the Blaue Bar with the after-opera crowd.

The hotel holds up its end with richly layered interiors, an art collection worth a museum visit of its own, and the kind of formal Viennese welcome that makes the whole trip feel like an occasion.

Mon Ark's tip: the original Sacher-Torte lives here. Don't stand in the café line with the tour groups; guests can have it served in the Blaue Bar or sent to the room.

Vienna, from the exact centre of it. Reach out, and we'll plan the rest.
